Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be:

Faulty or Defective Items
If you receive a faulty or defective item, you may request a return or replacement within 30 days of delivery.
To process your request, we require:

We will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost if the issue is verified.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Requests must be made within 7 days for standard issues, or within 30 days for faulty items.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be processed.
